This policy explains what information The Clinical Tactician collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Information shared during a consulting engagement is covered by your client agreement.
Information we collect
This website does not have forms, accounts or a sign-up list, and we do not ask you to enter personal information on it. We collect information only when you choose to contact us:
- Email. If you email [email protected], we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
- Consultation booking. If you book a free consultation, you do so through Google Calendar's booking page. Google collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and the time you choose, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site relies on outside services to load and run. These services may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical data to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on this site, so your browser requests them from Google's servers.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or marketing analytics on this website.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To schedule and hold consultations
- To discuss and provide our services if you become a client
- To keep the website running securely
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Health information
Please do not send protected health information, such as client names, diagnoses or treatment details, through email or the booking page before an engagement begins. Any protected health information involved in our consulting work is handled under the terms of a client agreement and any agreements required by law.
When we share information
We share personal information only when needed to run our business or when required by law. That includes the service providers named above and any professional advisors who are bound by confidentiality. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order or a valid request from a government authority.
Third-party services
Google, Cloudflare and any other service linked from this site have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information. We encourage you to review their policies.
How long we keep information
We keep emails and booking details as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal and professional record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete them or keep them securely.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. To make a request, email us at the address below.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for ABA practice owners and other professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
